Annual Meeting of the Congregation

In accordance with our constitution, Grace will hold it's annual congregational meeting on Sunday, January 17th at 11:30 a.m. 

Our usual agenda will include election of new church council members, consideration of changes to our constitution, and approval of a spending plan for 2021.

Due to the current pandemic our meeting will be different this year to ensure the health and safety of all members.  The basic meeting will be held on Zoom to facilitate questions and answers.  A link to join the meeting will be on this website (gracelakeland.com) under MINISTRIES / MEMBER INFORMATION and LINKS.  If you don't know the member password, please call the office or a council member.

We anticipate disseminating information prior to the meeting to include annual reports, council nominations, and a draft spending plan.  This will be on our website (same location as the Zoom link) and will also be distributed by email and U.S. Mail.

In order to provide equal access to voting for all members, we are preparing to do our voting by U.S. Mail.  Details will be forthcoming.
