Dear Friends in Christ, 

Over the next several weeks our congregation will celebrate the way we have loved each other, Lakeland, and the world. We will reflect on what is needed to maintain and grow each of our ministries. We know that the mission of Grace Lutheran Church is an expression of Christ’s love that we live out together, which is why our theme for this stewardship appeal is Heart of Grace. Our stewardship team of Pastor Pam, Michael Bracewell and myself are working closely with our Council during this Stewardship Appeal.

During this time you will hear during worship, through the mail, on our website, and in the bulletin about the work we have done over the past years, and our exciting plans for 2023 and beyond. 

As part of the stewardship program you will be invited by a letter to increase your offering for the coming year. Please prayerfully consider how to respond generously, as the Lord leads you. 

On December 4, we will celebrate “Stewardship Sunday” and present our pledges and gifts during the service. You are also welcome to turn in your Statement of Intent to the church office by mail or electronically. Those who have not responded will be contacted to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to present their offering plan for the coming year.
